I captain this fleet of romance
Coming in miles from the shore
And I know there’s some things in this world
That I’d gladly risk dieing for
I see the water leaking in my vessel
A fear of drowning is one thing I haven’t got
I’d risk a watery grave
For the goddess waiting for me on the dock
And if I should perish
Just meters from a destination arrived
I’ll keep my vision on you as I sink
Because I’d be happy to die with beauty in my eyes

Theres a woman in the cemetary
Clip-on butterfly wings
An independent soul
Looking for a cause in life
Such a female suicide
Ribbons in her hair
She don’t know that they’re there
But she’ll find out tonight
Come out to play, today’s your day
She lingers to me
Quivering purple lips
A trembling in her
Looking for a stable sign
An unused virgin heart
Her fingers are numb
She’s too scared to run
Because she knows that she’s mine
Your time has come, now don’t you run
She seems so afraid of me
Or so deeply in love
One or maybe the other
Still looking for a purposeful life
I was told a deep secret
One from a friend
About a beautiful girl’s end
How do I tell her that tomorrow she’ll die
Let me see your face, I’ll take your place

You’ve been out smarted by those you called your friends
And you know that deep inside this treason never ends
You’re killing yourself learning how to beat them at their game
You could spend your life solving to the answer that stays the same
No you can’t beat them, no you can’t win, no you’ve been decieved
You’ve been destroyed inside from those people you’ve once believed
Are you giving up and let them have their victory without a fight
You hired them because you are weak and you’ve told them that, isn’t that right?

You are my light, my guiding, shining star
I want to hold you but I’m not that tall
So I’ll lay on the damp night grass
Watching you glow and hoping you’ll fall
I want you to fall from the sky
And I hope that you’ll land right beside me
So your light will light our faces
And we can both stay warm for your heat
Fall to me my beautiful star
And I’ll be the answer to everyone of your whims
There were a million stars in the sky, I had my pick
I’ve picked the only one whose light will never dim

I don’t know how I can move on
I hope that joureny never begins
Because I know if we ever end
I can never be this happy again
I always have no idea where to start
I have a million serenades to sing
And they are all titled:
Too much of a good thing
You’ve ruined me for others
I won’t know where happiness is
Because after your perfection
I couldn’t live with average

Beautiful as someone so empty could be
You sold your soul to the devil but that devil is me
I gave you the fame and the fortune you wanted
And the whole time your voice was taunting
How does the silver screen feel on that side
To be there its too bad you had to get rid of something inside
Your a role model in so many children’s eyes
But their eyes will forget you the day that you die

Did I cut too deep
Did I disturb your sleep
Didn’t mean to cause you any harm
I don’t know why
You stare at me and cry
Didn’t do a thing to cause alarm
I want to stop your bleeding
But you look to damn pretty to touch
Your blood’s flowing
Where is it going?
Its slowly sifting into the floor
One drop left
The last drop’s the best
Because you know there won’t be anymore
I want to stop your bleeding
But you look to damn pretty to touch
I spun you around
I laugh as you hit the ground
I poke you with a stick as your blood turns to dust
The things I would do
The things to show you
All the incidents you’ve traded love for lust

You’re tossing and turning allbeit gently
Taking extra effort not to wake me
You’ll never know how I sleep so silently
While you spend another restless night
While nightmares of me leaving you wake you at random times
I fall asleep so easily next to the one I love
The reason for my simple slumber you’ll find out in time
I sleep so peacefully knowing my sweetest dreams are of you

A wealthy prince I may be
Attracted so much to a peasant girl
Do I dare risk my inheritance
Just to have someone to share with the world
My father, our king doesn’t know
The slightest thing about a love so true
But I’d gladly ruin my future reign
Just to give my love to you
Its not how much I have
And not what I wish the stars would bring me at night
But a single kiss, and embrace from you
Will be more than what I have now in life

This year
I’ll right all my wrongs
This year
I’ll break away
This year
I’ll lick all my wounds
This year
It starts today
People change, people rave, people save with what their gave
This year
I’ll make up my mind
This year
I’ll change my ways
This year
I’ll break up with you
This year
Will start today
They remain, wrapped in chains, years they stay in months of days
This year
Won’t put up with you
This year
Frozen solid
This year
It ends tommorrow
This year
It starts today
People drain, lives away, but people’s graves they never change
